With a focus on cold storage, light industrial, and technically demanding projects, they bring a design-build approach and deep expertise to every project, consistently delivering high-quality results for repeat clients.The successful applicant will have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Proven experience with ground-up industrial, warehouse, or cold storage projects is required. Exposure to temperature-controlled facilities or complex MEP coordination is preferred. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling is necessary. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required. Experience in design-build environments is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.Competitive base salary up to $145,000 with performance-based bonus opportunities.
