Summary: The Project Manager drives the end-to-end delivery of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) selection and implementation. This role serves as the subject matter expert for the CLM platform- owning vendor evaluation, platform selection, and cross-functional implementation delivery-while applying both waterfall and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in contract management workflows, ERP modules (finance, procurement, supply chain, HR), and enterprise integration patterns, ensuring that technology investments translate into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: CLM Program Delivery:

  • Define and optimize contract workflows including authoring, negotiation, approval routing, obligation tracking, renewal management, and clause library governance
  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Compliance teams to translate contracting policies into system rules, templates, and automated workflows
  • Drive CLM integrations with ERP, CRM, e-signature, and sourcing platforms to create a seamless contract-to-procure or contract-to-cash ecosystem
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders in Finance, Legal and Procurement to gather requirements, define technical functionality, and align priorities to the implementation plan as it related to the end-to-end CLM process

Requirements:

  • PMP PMI certification highly preferred
  • 8-10+ years of experience in IT project management or software delivery, with at least 4 years managing CLM and/or ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Infor, or equivalent)
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of contract lifecycle processes (authoring, negotiation, execution, obligation management, renewals) and ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM)
  • Experience with at least one CLM platform (Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, Conga, SAP Ariba or equivalent) required
  • Tools & Platforms: Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, Clarity, Visio
  • Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), Waterfall, Hybrid; Proven ability to tailor methodology to project complexity and organizational maturity
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and executive audiences; Ability to navigate complex vendor ecosystems and drive consensus among competing priorities
What Sets This Role Apart:
  • You will own the intersection of Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Technology-a rare cross-functional mandate
  • You will shape the CLM and ERP strategy for a global franchise brand, influencing how thousands of contracts and business transactions are managed
  • You will work at the enterprise level with executive visibility, directly impacting operational efficiency and compliance posture
