Description

You will oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and financially stable general contractor known for delivering high-quality projects across a diverse portfolio.

Description

  • Manage construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
  • Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Mentor project engineers and support project teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor in Automotive, Office, Education, Entertainment, Restaurants, Healthcare, Residential, Industrial, and Retail
  • Proven experience managing projects within several of the following sectors:
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
