Project Manager - Site Development - Woodbridge,VAAs a Project Manager, you'll lead full-cycle civil construction projects across commercial, residential, multifamily, and transportation sectors. You'll manage subcontractors, coordinate with internal estimating and engineering teams, and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery. The role is based in Woodbridge, VA, with weekly site visits to projects within a 60-mile radius (with majority of projects in Prince William's County). This is a leadership-track role with the opportunity to shape project delivery and team culture.Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline requirements. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any potential risks or delays. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve goals.
