We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager for our Civil Engineering design team. As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of our infrastructure projects, managing from inception to completion. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.Responsibilities:Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, including conception, design, permitting, and more.Manage and coordinate with a team of CAD Designers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Prepare and present detailed reports and project updates to stakeholders.Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects project status.Qualifications:Highly proficient in Civil3D and Civil Engineering Design/Drafting.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Site Engineering & Real Estate Developments (MF, Com, Res) projects.Proven experience as a Project Manager / Project Engineer, with a track record of successfully delivered projects.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.Proficiency in using Bluebeam and Microsoft OfficeSolid problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.This position is NOT eligible for be authorized/eligible to work in the USJoin our team of dedicated professionals and take the next step in your civil engineering career.
