We are seeking a Project Manager: Civil Construction to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion in Williamstown, NJ. This role requires expertise in civil construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and local/state requirements
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and material delivery
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to ensure alignment and performance
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and contract administration

Profile
A successful Project Manager: Civil Construction should have:
- Proven experience in civil construction project management within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
