Position Overview


The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are met. This individual will work closely with ownership, operations, and key stakeholders to drive successful project execution while helping establish scalable processes that support future growth.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage projects from initiation through closeout

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

  • Coordinate activities among internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders

  • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues, risks, and delays

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards

  • Provide regular updates to leadership regarding project status and performance

  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication

  • Build strong relationships with clients and external partners

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

  • Support strategic initiatives associated with company growth and expansion


Qualifications



  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong budgeting, planning, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment preferred

  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach and strong sense of accountability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
