Description

• Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing construction projects, particularly in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Healthcare experience required
• Certifications preferred (ICRA, ASHE, CCHM, CHC)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record delivering projects
