Description
Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, specifically within the banks and commercial sectors.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
Address and resolve any issues or obstacles encountered during project execution.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
Experience managing construction projects in the banks and commercial sectors.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
