JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities
Support the E&M Policy, Strategy, and Oversight Office (PSO) in establishing safety critical functions
Investigations :
Implement an E&M internal investigations process
Codify the internal investigation process including identifying thresholds and communication with regulatory authorities
Perform investigation activities including root cause analysis, corrective actions management, and communication of findings
Coordinate with key stakeholders on investigation activities (MBTA Safety, E&M Department Leaders)
Corrective Actions :
Implement tools for the management of regulatory corrective actions in E&M
Develop workflows that integrate corrective actions from multiple sources into one workflow
Develop tools that support efficient and effective management of corrective actions
Audits :
Develop Safety Assurance Activities
Develop department wide safety assurance plans for OSHA programs
Develop supporting documentation for Safety Assurance activities, including schedules, checklists, and key metrics
Coordinate with key stakeholders in E&M for developing and implementing safety assurance plans
Support the Director by contributing to projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
