Project Manager Business Analyst

Summary:

• Location: Montreal, QC

Responsibilities:

• Support the program manager in conducting all activities, including stakeholder alignment and planning.
• Produce deliverables such as Roadmaps, KPIs, and Financials for key committees composed of top management members.
• Take ownership of several specific initiatives.
• Define the product vision with key stakeholders.
• Identify business needs and facilitate governance.
• Align the product team with central IT.
• Manage risks, quality, and issues.
• Coordinate go-to-market actions.
• Act as a liaison between all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Design the Target Operating Model for Cash Management operations and servicing, coherent with the product offer and portfolio development.
