Boulder Community Health is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion, bringing structure to ambiguity, clarity to chaos, and momentum to every project. This role manages enterprise-wide projects across operations, construction, and IT implementations.
Using standard project management methodologies and the systems development lifecycle (SDLC), the Project Manager partners with clinical, technical, and operational teams to guide work through requirements gathering, scope definition, planning (including timelines and budgets), execution, and delivery.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
•You are curious and intellectually agile, applying critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems with the team.
•You bring energy and enthusiasm to every project.
•You are accountable, take ownership and seek continuous improvement (think David Goggins “extreme ownership”)
•You are engaging, building trust and collaboration across teams.
•You are organized, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed.
•You are flexible, willing to take on any project at any moment, with little to no background information.
•You can facilitate conversations and outcomes with purpose, tact, and decisiveness.
•You communicate with intention, ensuring clear and common understanding among the group.
