This position will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end migration from Manual to Automated Warehouse. Including; AGV commissioning & automated WH-IL, Integration with IT Systems, campus wide alignment for possible shutdowns and coordination with production areas to ensure zero impact on production output.
This PM will work primarily under direction of a Project Manager responsible for the automated warehouse work package.
We are looking for a PM with experience with:
- Equipment installation/Retrofit in Pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Equipment integration into IT Systems
- ASRS/AGV/AMR/Conveyor Systems Background Required Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ Years of managing Capital projects in Pharma Industry as a project manager.
- Must meet one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant majors from an accredited university with 2+ years of project scheduling experience
- Associates degree or vocational training in engineering or other relevant studies with minimum 4+ years of project scheduling experience
- Military service with 2+ years of project scheduling experience
- PMP Certification (not a must)
- Knowledge / experience with the following project scheduling software:
- Microsoft project o SmartSheets
- Primevera P6
Desired Capabilities/ Background:
- Experience integrating across multiple work package schedules, vendors, and stakeholders
- Scheduling experience for major capital projects
- Scheduling experience for large construction projects
- Strong communication skills
