JOB DESCRIPTION:
Define project scope and objectives.
Develop cost/benefit analysis, detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, test plans, contracts, risk and mitigation strategies, change management and communication plans.
Define and secure authorization and funding for projects. Determine staffing and individual roles and responsibilities of project team.
Responsible for directing and monitoring the work of team members and conducting project meetings.
Maintain the project plan, including risk management, issue management, change management and communication plans.
Ensure that all requirements, project plans and changes to commitment are communicated to all impacted team members.
Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams and different locations, including all vendors and sub-contractors.
Responsible for the overall management and integration of requirements including the integration of vendor tasks; tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
Measure, monitor and report progress at clearly defined points to ensure on time and on budget delivery by balancing and adjusting scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications and presentation skills.
Ability to present information, status and issues in clear and concise manner with goal of driving decision.
Ability to organize and facilitate groups ensuring time is used effectively and drives projects forward.
Ability to work effectively with senior staff members and management.

Desired Qualifications
Previous experience in Project Management.
PMP certification.
BA/BS in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related experience.
