Required Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and data entry, specifically Microsoft Office and MS Excel, with the ability to interpret sales metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Create and implement targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed established revenue goals.
Lead Generation: Identify new market opportunities and actively source prospective customer leads.
Client Acquisition: Pitch company products and services to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs.
Contract Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations, including pricing structures, project schedules, and promotional offers.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure high client retention.
