What Youll Do Oversee fire alarm andor sprinkler installation projects from start to closeout. Approve project scope plans and target costs for each job. Manage project budgets schedules and deliverables to ensure on-time on-budget completion. Coordinate with internal teams subcontractors and customers to ensure smooth execution. Provide leadership direction and technical support to project teams. Maintain strong communication with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment. Track and report project progress financials and milestones. Build and maintain quality relationships with clients and industry partners. Ensure all work meets Eagle Fires quality and safety standards. What You Bring 5-10 years of project management experience in fire protection alarm or sprinkler systems. NICET Level II or higher in Fire Alarm Systems Sprinkler certification a plus. Proven experience leading technical or installation teams. Strong planning organizational and communication skills. Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple active projects. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Must pass a security and background check.
