This role is critical for ensuring that all financial initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements are executed on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with healthcare industry regulations, including GAAP, HIPAA, and other relevant compliance standards. Job Description: Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required Licensure, Certification & Registration: N/A Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience. Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Strong understanding of healthcare accounting principles and regulatory environments. Proficiency in financial systems (ERP platforms), Workday, preferred. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities, capable of translating complex financial data to diverse audiences. Adaptability and composure when managing multiple priorities and evolving project requirements in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between Finance teams, clinical staff, IT specialists, and senior leadership, driving projects that enhance operational efficiency and financial integrity.

This position is hybrid from a work location perspective.
Pay Range:
$95,000.00 USD - $125,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
