Title: Senior Program Manager (Enterprise Transformation)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives in a fast-paced global environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex programs simultaneously, partnering with executive leadership, and driving strategic transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and program governance skills, with the ability to influence teams across multiple business functions without direct reporting authority.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple large-scale, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to align business objectives with program execution.
  • Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives while ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Establish effective governance frameworks, reporting structures, and executive-level status communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations to achieve program objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while influencing decision-making without direct authority.
  • Facilitate program planning sessions, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.
  • Track program performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, process improvements, and continuous optimization across teams.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and organizational standards.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on business outcomes and delivery excellence.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience successfully delivering complex enterprise programs or managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience managing executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional business teams.
  • Proven success leading enterprise transformation or organizational change initiatives.
  • Extensive experience creating and managing project plans, roadmaps, budgets, schedules, and governance processes.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and drive results across teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience working in global environments across multiple time zones.
  • Availability to support early morning meetings (approximately 7:00 AM EST) as required.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Experience establishing PMO governance, reporting frameworks, and knowledge management programs.
