We are looking for a Project Management Support Trainee to assist in planning, tracking, and coordination of projects. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals seeking exposure to IT project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and PMO practices.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables

·         Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards

·         Track project milestones, tasks, risks, and issues

·         Support in preparing weekly/monthly status reports (WBS, RAID logs, MIS)

·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams for task follow-ups and status updates

·         Help in organizing project meetings, preparing MOMs, and tracking action items

·         Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and templates

·         Support in resource tracking and utilization reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field

·         Basic understanding of project management concepts (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall)

·         Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

·         Good analytical and organizational skills

·         Strong communication and coordination abilities

·         Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

·         Familiarity with tools like Planisware, I3PM, MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or Power BI

·         Basic exposure to ITSM or project lifecycle environments

·         Certification/training in PMP, SAFE, CAPM, or Agile
