Job description
The Flight Controls and Mechanical Hydraulic Systems (FCMH) organization is seeking an Experienced/Senior Project Manager to coordinate certification activities in support of development and sustaining airplane programs. The selected candidate will report to the FCMH Senior Certification Leader, and will be responsible for driving weekly alignment of priorities and daily SOW management for a team of Engineering Unit Members (E-UMs).
Key Responsibilities:
(1) ensure program/applicant priorities are clearly understood and integrated
(2) coordinate with E-UMs to align priorities and identify constraints
(3) define and track performance to weekly commitments
(4) maintain open lines of communication to resolve issues and course correct as necessary
(5) identify opportunities to improve efficiency and throughput
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
