We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven PMO Product Owner & Trainer Coach to lead PMO Center of Excellence initiatives, drive Agile delivery practices, and support operational governance across the organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Change Agent, and Training Lead, partnering closely with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage product roadmaps, optimize PMO tools and processes, and ensure successful production deployments.Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related fieldPreferred Certifications:PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or Product Owner certificationRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in PMO, Agile project management, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or training/coaching rolesStrong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, PMO governance, and process improvementExperience with backlog management, roadmap planning, stakeholder coordination, and production deploymentsProven ability to lead onboarding, training sessions, and cross-functional collaborationStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with PMO and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentJob Responsibilities:Lead DPC CE TeamDPG CE Team Product owner, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Change Agent Lead and Test LeadSets priorities with stakeholdersDefines requirements/backlog grooming/roadmap creation & ownershipReviews and approves production deploymentsTroubleshoot problems with the PMO Suite of ToolsManage the shared outlook account 'Digital APMO' inbox & calendar. Monitor and respond to items in the inbox dailyMonitor and take action on Suggestions via the suggestion boxReview & update Templates at least annually (or when an external change drives a change to one of our templates)Maintain the SDLC diagram, Process Guide, and master Project ChecklistOrganize, create content, manage speakers and present materials at monthly PMO MeetingsReview lessons learned monthly and share out brief with the PMO organizationOnboardingSchedules new resources for sessionsCoordinates with facilitators to make sure they’re available for their assigned session(s)Tracks attendanceReview & maintain materialsCollect feedback surveys from all new resources (typically at the end of the capstone course)Help new resources with access & permissions as they go through OnboardingFacilitates and delivers training material for 6 monthly sessions as well as a capstone courseOperational Readiness Review Board (ORRB) LeadLead the ORRB meetingsORRB Process ownerOnboard new ORRB membersMaintain SP lists with ORRB members & teamsWork with PMs on materials, and with ORRB members on votesTroubleshoot problems with tools **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
