Responsibilities
- Manage assigned solar projects through the early-stage process to prepare for turnover to the construction team.
- Ensure compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials.
- Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance.
- Engage in problem resolution and support capital budget activities.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership and maintain project viability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
- 11 - 15 years of experience in leading construction projects.
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Preferences
- PMP Certification.
- Experience in the construction/renewables industry.
- Experience with PM scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- Understanding of wind turbine construction and inspections.
