Responsibilities

• Manage assigned solar projects through the early-stage process to prepare for turnover to the construction team.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials.
• Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance.
• Engage in problem resolution and support capital budget activities.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and maintain project viability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
• 11 - 15 years of experience in leading construction projects.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Preferences

• PMP Certification.
• Experience in the construction/renewables industry.
• Experience with PM scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
• Understanding of wind turbine construction and inspections.
