Role Summary We are seeking a motivated Project Management Analyst to join our Real Estate & Facilities (REF) team. You will work closely with Project Managers to support the lifecycle of office development projects across the America Region. Responsibilities - Support the Project Management team in design analysis and technical review processes to ensure project requirements align with company standards. - Assist in tracking project schedules and monitoring budgets to ensure timely delivery and financial accountability. - Coordinate the end-to-end payment process, including reviewing invoices, tracking change orders, and reconciling costs with internal finance systems. - Act as a liaison between REF and various internal stakeholders (CS, IT, Security, Procurement, Legal, Finance etc.) and external partners (Architects, General Contractors) to drive project alignment and resolve potential bottlenecks. - Maintain project dashboards and logs to provide real-time updates on project status, risks, and contingencies. Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in Project management, construction management, architecture, business, real estate or a related field. - Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate a complex, fast-paced environment. - Good time management, ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities. - Motivated to learn new tools and systems. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and a growth-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications - Prior internship or academic project experience in design, construction, or corporate real estate. - Familiarity with project management tools or software. - Exposure to construction industry terms and processes through coursework or internships.
