Summary:
This role supports a multi‑year enterprise initiative impacting domestic and international commercial wire processing, including Federal Reserve CHIPS and SWIFT changes.
the program introduces mandatory structural changes to wire messaging to standardize business address fields. Today, address data exists as free‑form text; it will migrate to structured fields aligned to evolving industry and regulatory standards. Every wire transaction contains an address component, and incorrect or incomplete data will result in wire failures.
This is a fast‑paced, delivery‑critical program with continuous executive scrutiny and frequent status reporting.
Responsibilities:
Support execution of a large‑scale, technology‑driven enterprise program with significant regulatory and operational impact
Lead and facilitate interactive working sessions across business and technology teams to drive alignment and action
Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear execution plans, timelines, and dependencies
Track milestones, risks, issues, and interdependencies across dozens of in‑scope applications
Proactively identify, assess, and escalate delivery risks in a highly compressed timeline
Provide daily and ad‑hoc status updates to senior leaders and program executives
Prepare concise, executive‑ready materials including dashboards, summaries, and decision support content
Provide oversight of testing activities (not hands‑on execution), including validation planning, progress tracking, and issue management
Ensure coordination across remediation teams and validation teams to support successful cutover and implementation
Qualifications:

Direct experience overseeing and tracking multiple concurrent technology system changes within a structured program or change delivery framework
Highly articulate and self‑directed; able to operate without handholding
Strong analytical mindset (project‑manager oriented, though formal PM background not required)
Comfortable working in a very fast‑paced, highly scrutinized environment
Proven ability to identify, communicate, and escalate risks early
Experience producing content for executive‑level audiences
Strong Microsoft Office skills:
Word / OneNote for documentation and meeting notes
Excel for tracking, reporting, and dashboards
SharePoint for collaboration and content management
Knowledge of commercial wire processing (significant plus)
Familiarity with domestic and international wire messaging and payment flows
Exposure to ISO 20022 messaging standards across Fedwire, CHIPS, and SWIFT
Experience with Octane and/or JIRA for testing oversight and defect tracking
Understanding of data integration concepts and downstream system impacts
Prior financial services experience
Previous Wells Fargo experience (nice to have)
