The role
Join Charles Sturt University in a pivotal project leadership role where you will design and deliver a contemporary executive remuneration framework and university wide job architecture. Working closely with senior leaders, you will shape how careers are structured, roles are evaluated and remuneration decisions are governed across the University. Through this high impact project, you will create greater consistency, transparency and workforce capability while influencing the future employee experience at Charles Sturt.
We're looking for a highly capable project professional with experience in remuneration, workforce design, organisational development or HR consulting. You will bring strong project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, financial literacy, and the ability to analyse complex workforce data and translate insights into practical recommendations. If you thrive on leading organisational change, developing innovative frameworks and delivering enterprise-wide outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will ideally be based within one of Charles Sturt University's regional campuses; however, flexible, hybrid or remote arrangements with occasional travel may be considered for the right candidate.
About you
You are a strategic thinker with a strong track record delivering complex workforce, remuneration, organisational design or people-related projects.
About us
We are a university of the land and people of our regions. True to the character of regional Australia we have gumption, we have soul and we collaborate with others. We develop holistic, far-sighted people who help their communities grow and flourish.
The Wiradjuri phrase yindyamarra winhanganha means the wisdom of respectfully knowing how to live well in a world worth living in. This phrase represents who we are at Charles Sturt University – our ethos. It comes from traditional Indigenous Australian knowledge, but it also speaks to the mission of universities – to develop and spread wisdom to make the world a better place.
Harnessing technology, we thrive as a distributed yet connected community, welcoming and engaging with people across Australia and the world.
