Summary

Manage the integration and support the subsequent life-cycle of product that is not core to the Pursuit line.

Develop and execute the integration schedule aligning all key stakeholders and deliverables to allow for efficient integration into the manufacturing process. Ensure all critical components and processes are in place for the accurate and efficient specification, manufacturing, inspection and shipment of product. Subsequent to integration, support the lifecycle, change management and divisional alignment of the relevant product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Champion a culture of continuous safety improvement, maintaining a zero-recordable safety environment across all integration activities.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Key Milestones Schedule for model integration; align relevant

stakeholders and provide consistent progress communications to Integration and Operations Teams.

  • Ensure all required Work Instructions, SOPs, Process Documentation, Build Documentation, ISPCs, and

other manufacturing and quality documents are identified, collected, assembled, and populated prior to production launch.

  • Develop and maintain a product cost model to validate alignment with financial cost targets; lead the creation of the BOM Tracking Sheet, coordinate the Syteline BOM build, material kitting, material

routing, and establish the final cost target for each model.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop a labor model and labor plan that supports operational

objectives, ensures reliable product manufacture, and achieves defined labor targets; finalize the

Manufacturing Plan in coordination with Manufacturing and Production Control prior to pre-production boat completion.

  • Collaborate in a cross-functional team to ensure Operations is equipped properly and the production systems are setup to successfully manufacture the subject models - including equipment specification &

purchase and facility setup & layouts.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of all jigs, fixtures, splashes, tooling, and equipment required for the

manufacture of relevant products, from identification and creation through execution.

  • Assimilate, convert, and populate all necessary cut files for in-house produced parts - including woods,

plastics, coring, fabrics, upholstery, and fiberglass materials - ensuring accuracy in the BOM, In-House Parts Lists, and nesting CAD files.

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between the USA manufacturing facility and the offsite brand team, ensuring all production specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards are upheld

throughout the manufacturing process; oversee proper lifecycle management of non-Pursuit products in production.

  • Develop and maintain the unique parts list for new model development, including management of

quoting, ordering, and scheduling of parts to support prototype construction timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with ABYC, NMMA, CE, and/or Transport Canada and ensure any deviations are

resolved through working with the corresponding brand technical lead.

  • Work with the Operations Team and Lead pre-production boat construction utilizing the assigned

Manufacturing associates to validate, build, jigs, fixtures, tools, materials and labor plans.

  • Manage an active barrier list of open action items, assigning champions, priorities, and target resolution

dates to drive timely closeout of issues.

  • Coordinate and oversee the completion of all Release Package requirements as defined within the Key

Milestones Schedule.

  • Actively participate in the resolution of ECN and CAR issues impacting production.

Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years experiencei n a manufacturing environment integrating new product or 7 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D drawing and CAD files
  • An understanding of all ABYC/NMMA/USCG and CE standards that apply to boat construction.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate and

present ideas to management team and peers

  • Must be proficient in providing direction to shop personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing issues in

production area.

  • Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated team player with hands on work ethic.
  • Must be proficient in the use of computers and use of company-wide software programs: Microsoft

Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Rhino and AutoCAD.

  • Willing to perform other tasks as necessary.
