For over 100 years, they have been delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions for our clients across a variety of sectors.Job DescriptionEssential duties and responsibilities:Communicate and reinforce the company vision, values, and goalsPromotes and participates in the company safety program and proceduresAssist both the project manager & superintendent as required to efficiently complete assigned projectsTraining/mentoring of junior staffMaintain overall good relationships with clients and/or public officialsDaily operation of field officeMaintain project documentationAssists in procurement of material and subcontractors; includes performing take-offs, completion of in-house requisition forms, preparation of bid packages and defining scopes of workGenerates and updates purchase order and subcontractor logsReview and prepare submittals, maintain a submittal log and monitors to ensure each submittal receives timely reviewAttends project meetings as directed by the project manager.
