The Project Executive → Urban Multifamily & Design-Build will oversee and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. This role requires expertise in design-build methodologies and a strong focus on urban multifamily developments.

Description
This is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through completion, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and team leadership.
- Partner with the internal design team to ensure constructible, high-quality plans
- Manage permitting, inspections, and all jurisdictional requirements
- Lead procurement of owner-supplied materials, including pricing and lead times
- Bid, negotiate, and award subcontractor scopes; build new trade relationships
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting (including monthly cost tracking)
- Collaborate daily with field leadership to maintain quality and timeline
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, requisitions, and project documentation
- Drive project closeout and turnover processes
- Mentor junior team members and help build out the project management structure
