Executive Project ManagerLead high-impact projects with full executive ownership. Join a fast-growing firm shaping modern interior construction.Job DescriptionProvide strategic oversight across multiple commercial interior construction projects. Lead project teams through planning, execution, and successful delivery. Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and overall project performance. Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues. Review financials, forecasts, and ensure strong project profitability. Serve as a key escalation point for complex project and client challenges. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Drive business development efforts and help secure new opportunities. Mentor and develop Project Managers, APMs, and field leadership teams. Promote a high-performance, collaborative culture across project teams. Support recruiting, onboarding, and long-term team development strategies. Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and consistency. Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational growth. Strong background in interior fit-outs, renovations, and tenant improvements. Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams or large project portfolios. Deep knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts. Demonstrated success in client management and business development. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in construction management tools and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or similar (preferred). Experience within a major metro interiors market is a plus.
