The Senior Project Manager / Project Executive will serve as a key leader within the organization, overseeing multiple projects and supporting the company's continued expansion. This individual will play a critical role in driving project success, mentoring teams, and ensuring strong client relationships.

Requirements 10+ years of construction project management experience Proven experience delivering ground-up or renovation projects (multifamily preferred, but open to other sectors) Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and client-facing skills Track record of managing projects through full lifecycle (precon to closeout) Experience managing multiple projects concurrently Stable career history with progressive responsibility
