Description

The Project Executive Will:

  • Provide strategic oversight across multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders, building long-term relationships and driving client satisfaction
  • Guide project teams in contract administration, risk mitigation, budgeting, scheduling, and operational execution
  • Champion collaboration between field and office teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and project success
  • Monitor financial performance, approve project forecasts, and ensure projects meet profitability objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project staff, helping build high-performing teams
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all projects
  • Ensure seamless project closeout and turnover while delivering exceptional results for clients and stakeholders

Profile

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of project leadership experience with direct responsibility for financial performance and project profitability
  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale, technically complex projects within data center, industrial, or commercial construction environments
  • A strategic leader capable of maximizing project performance through strong operational oversight and risk management
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, lead teams, and foster long-term client relationships
  • A track record of successfully managing multiple high-profile projects while ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
