Description
The Project Executive Will:
- Provide strategic oversight across multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders, building long-term relationships and driving client satisfaction
- Guide project teams in contract administration, risk mitigation, budgeting, scheduling, and operational execution
- Champion collaboration between field and office teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and project success
- Monitor financial performance, approve project forecasts, and ensure projects meet profitability objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project staff, helping build high-performing teams
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all projects
- Ensure seamless project closeout and turnover while delivering exceptional results for clients and stakeholders
Profile
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- A minimum of 10 years of project leadership experience with direct responsibility for financial performance and project profitability
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale, technically complex projects within data center, industrial, or commercial construction environments
- A strategic leader capable of maximizing project performance through strong operational oversight and risk management
- Deep understanding of construction processes, contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, lead teams, and foster long-term client relationships
- A track record of successfully managing multiple high-profile projects while ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
