Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Provide executive oversight for civic and education projects, including ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and client account plans for targeted public clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships across City, County, State, and federal entities
Partner with estimating, preconstruction, and operations teams to develop project execution strategies and ensure successful delivery
Guide and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and project engineers across multiple teams
Monitor project health including financial performance, schedule adherence, quality, and risk management
Collaborate with field and safety leadership to ensure consistent execution and high standards across job sites
Represent the organization in executive meetings, proposals, and key project milestones
Support cross-functional staffing plans, team development, and strategic planning

Qualifications:

12+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
Demonstrated success managing public works type projects, with preference for Civic projects valued at $20M+
Expertise in project delivery methods for City and County construction, including hard bid scenarios for public clients
Strong business acumen, including financial management, forecasting, and client negotiation skills
Proficiency in Procore, scheduling tools (e.g., P6 or MS Project), and construction budgeting platforms
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
