Project Estimator – Commercial Construction (GC/CM) | Growth Opportunity
Virginia | Strong pipeline + long-term stability

If you’re an Estimator who’s tired of grinding bids with no visibility or growth—this is a chance to join a highly respected, relationship-driven GC/CM that’s winning repeat work and expanding across Virginia.

Our client is a full-service builder delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, and government sectors—with strong involvement in preconstruction, design-build, and CM at-Risk delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

Own estimates from takeoff → final bid → handoff
Price real projects (not fluff) across diverse commercial builds
Work directly with PMs, subs, and clients in a tight-knit team
Get exposure to precon strategy, VE, and negotiated work


✅ What you bring:

4+ years estimating for a commercial GC or CM
Strong takeoff + bid experience (Bluebeam, OST, PlanSwift, etc.)
Ability to juggle multiple bids and hit deadlines
Bonus: Design-build or CM at-Risk exposure
