The Role: Environmental Assessment with Impact
As a Project Environmental Assessor, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) while contributing to a broader range of environmental projects. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers and senior staff across regions, bringing both technical rigor and thoughtful analysis to every project. This full-time, exempt, hybrid role may be based in one of our primary Washington, Oregon, or California locations.

Pay Range
Our best estimate of the base salary range for this position:
Employees are eligible for an annual cash bonus based on firm and individual performance. Actual compensation will depend on experience, education, and internal equity. Salary ranges are reviewed annually.

$90,000 - $107,500 and bonus eligible
