    Mid-Level Civil Design Engineer – Water/Wastewater
    You will support multi-billion-dollar municipal water infrastructure programs. Responsible for translating engineering concepts into detailed, high-quality 3D models and 2D construction documents for large-diameter pipelines, solids handling facilities, and complex site civil layouts.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist in the production and assembly of construction plans, specifications, and design reports, collaborating directly with sr. engineers and project managers.
    • Assist in ensuring designs comply with City of Houston, Harris County, and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations.
    • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate design interfaces between civil, structural, and mechanical elements of the treatment plant expansion.
    Qualifications & Skills
    • Minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering design, ideally focused on water, wastewater, or municipal utility infrastructure.
    • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
    • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is required, with a clear track toward obtaining a Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
