  • 3–8+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or project delivery (data center, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure preferred)
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, including power distribution, cooling systems, and critical infrastructure
  • Experience supporting large-scale construction projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, RFIs, submittals, and scheduling tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exposure to commissioning processes and startup of critical systems
  • Knowledge of industry standards (ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, NFPA, etc.)
  • Experience working with general contractors and EPC firms
  • Proficiency in project management and construction tools (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, etc.)

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This role is based on-site at active construction projects
  • Candidates must be willing to work in a field-driven environment and be present on-site as required
  • Travel or relocation may be required depending on project location
