We are seeking a candidate with experience in professional practice and design related to land development/community development. This position will be involved with significant projects, interact with clients and government agencies and effectively working with a team. #CommDevFlorida
Your Key Responsibilities
Performing all aspects of civil engineering design including layout/geometry, grading, drainage, paving, water, sewer, and erosion control. Projects may include land development (all types/sectors), roadway/intersection design, preparation of construction plans and related design reports.
Preparing complete submission packages, supporting calculations, cost estimates, project schedules, and other duties.
Engages in the development of a design through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats.
Utilizes technologies in development of three dimensional models of civil systems and provides markups for junior engineers/designers.
Prepares and revises documentation in various civil phases including site plans, and details.
Leads project coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, owner and contractor, sub-contractors, and vendors.
