Construction Project EngineerLocation: Seattle, WACompensation: Base salary up to $105,000 + bonus + benefitsAbout The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects throughout the Seattle market. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career with a reputable general contractor while gaining exposure to all phases of construction operations. The Project Engineer will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to help drive project execution, coordination, documentation, and communication from preconstruction through closeout.Responsibilities Assist in managing commercial construction projects from start to finishSupport Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordinationMaintain and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentationCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teamsHelp ensure projects stay on schedule and within budgetReview construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructabilityParticipate in project meetings and site walksTrack material deliveries and assist with project logisticsSupport safety and quality control initiatives on assigned projectsAssist with project closeout documentation and turnoverQualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred1–5+ years of experience in commercial constructionExperience supporting projects for a general contractor preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk Construction CloudStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Project Experience Experience in one or more of the following project types is preferred:Commercial OfficeHealthcareMultifamilyHigher EducationLife SciencesMixed-UseHospitalityTenant Improvement (TI)Compensation & Benefits Base salary up to $105,000 depending on experienceAnnual performance bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesLong-term pipeline of projects in the Seattle market#J-18808-Ljbffr
