Project Engineer

Work directly with the owner/principal and some of the most accomplished architectural firms on the Central Coast — managing your own projects and mentoring junior engineers within 18–24 months.Your role Prepare civil engineering plans in Civil 3D and AutoCAD to company standardsLead design and engineering calculations with senior staff oversightProduce grading, site improvement/development, water, sewer and storm drain plansCoordinate across disciplines on public and private California projectsTransition to Project Management within 18–24 months, guiding junior engineersWhat we're looking for B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university3–7 years of land development engineering experienceProficiency in AutoCAD draftingEIT certificationStrong communication and collaborative work styleGenuine drive to keep growing technicallyAbove & beyond Background in architecture, surveying, landscape architecture, permitting or planningExperience in hydrology, utilities, drainage, or sewer systemsP.E. license in CaliforniaCompensation will be based on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
