This is a full-time, onsite position offering excellent growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects and client relationshipsPerform and supervise geotechnical engineering analysesInterpret geotechnical, materials, and laboratory test dataPrepare and review geotechnical reportsReview grading and foundation plans for compliance with recommendationsDevelop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgetsSupport business development, marketing, and administrative activitiesQualificationsB.S. in Civil Engineering required; M.S. preferredCalifornia Professional Engineer (PE) license5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience5+ years of project management experience in Construction Materials Testing (CMT)Strong communication, organizational, and client management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentField RequirementsThis role includes fieldwork involving soil observation, sampling, and documentation around active construction equipment.
