We are seeking a talented, industrial and/or commercial Project Engineer in Gainesville, Florida that is able to work with the project team to provide technical support around quality controls, blueprint and contract compliance, scheduling, documentation, and engineering means and methods on site. Establish and maintain a project change order logCoordinate the transmittal and subsequent approval of all submittals to the Owner/EngineerOther duties as assigned/requiredQualifications Requires a four-year degree in engineering or construction management degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience in industrial and/or commercial constructionThorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods): craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, estimating, schedules, and safety requiredExcellent communication and organizational skills are essentialPrior understanding of Procore encouragedMust be willing to travelDrug-Free Workplace Program / Background Checks requiredA valid state driver's license and driving history that meets company standards is requiredR.
