Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing plant environment that currently focuses on packing operations and employs approximately 700 people. The organization is in a growth phase and is developing a new plant that will include all stages of manufacturing, with full capabilities planned for 2027. As part of this expansion, a molding activity department will be built out, creating opportunities to support new processes and equipment. The work environment emphasizes collaboration with project managers, engineers, and production teams, and relies on digital tools such as SharePoint for document control and information sharing. The setting is typical of a modern manufacturing and packaging facility, with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement supported by Lean Manufacturing practices. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr.
