Project Engineer - One of VT's Top GC's - Projects up to $25M+!

Due to multiple internal promotions, our client is seeking Project Engineers to join their team. This is a prime opportunity for entry-level to early-career construction professionals who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow into a Project Manager role. You'll gain exposure to all facets of the building process, from preconstruction to closeout.

Description

• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
• Maintain project documentation and track progress using company systems
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with superintendents to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Contribute to problem-solving and process improvement across projects

Profile

The Successful Project Engineer will have/be:

• 0-4 years of relevant construction experience (open to all backgrounds)
• Motivated and eager to learn
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related technical field preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
