Description
Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the construction project
Collaborate with architects and engineers to determine the specifications of the project
Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders
Ensure project is completed within the designated timeline
Manage project budget and procure necessary resources
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Coordinate with subcontractors and handle contractual agreements
Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future projects
Profile
A successful 'Project Engineer' should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in project management and team leadership
Excellent knowledge of design and visulization software
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
