Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join our clients team in the multifamily construction sector in Denver, Superior, & Aurora (3 Openings). This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, showcasing your talent and expertise in construction management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project engineering process, from preparing RFPs and processing submittals to managing change orders. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction and a knack for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all project engineering activities, including the preparation of RFPs, processing submittals, and managing change orders.
2. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
3. Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, contracts, and change orders.
5. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and address any issues that arise.
6. Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
7. Participate in project meetings, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues.
8. Implement and adhere to all safety and compliance measures related to construction projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in construction project engineering
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, including the preparation of RFPs, processing submittals, and managing change orders.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and propose effective solutions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients.
6. Proficient in the use of construction management software and other relevant technology.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
8. Solid understanding of construction safety and compliance regulations.
