Position Summary The Project Engineer is responsible for leading the technical execution of electrical and electronic system development programs from proposal through production release. This role serves as the primary technical focal point between customers, engineering disciplines, test laboratories, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and program management. The Project Engineer develops and manages project schedules, tracks technical performance, oversees requirements compliance, supports environmental and qualification testing, manages Statements of Work (SOW), and ensures system requirements are properly allocated, verified, and validated throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses strong electrical engineering knowledge, experience with military and aerospace qualification programs, and demonstrated success leading cross-functional engineering projects involving design, integration, verification, validation, and certification activities.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred, plus a minimum of 4 years of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making. Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus Experience with Mil-Std and DO-160 Qualification Testing is a plus
