OverviewJoin ENERCON as a Project Engineer supporting mechanical projects for our Nuclear Services Group. Your role will involve developing winning engineering proposals with technical staff, executing projects within budget and schedule constraints, and maintaining robust client relationships. With your proven management skills, you'll oversee project schedules, financials, and reporting while actively supporting marketing endeavors to propel business growth. You'll dive into problem‑solving, manage budgets, refine proposals, and identify new opportunities - all while motivating your team to turn every challenge into a win.Leadership & Coordination: Provide interdisciplinary coordination for design engineering projects and serve as a technical leader to ensure the project solution and quality goals are met. Manage client interactions and negotiate/control project scope to client and company's satisfaction. Foster and maintain working relations with assigned clients and act as a single point of contact for assigned projects.Project Management Excellence: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to established schedule and within budget. Understand project schedules, project management plans, and manage project staff to ensure project requirements are met. Formulate/develop detailed project reports. Understand project financials and be able to report regularly to management on financial status and overall project performance.Strategic Growth & Innovation: Work with technical staff to develop winning, highly technical engineering proposals.
