Job Title: Project Engineer
Job Description
This role offers an early-career Project Engineer the opportunity to support a wide range of commercial construction projects, including hospitals and medical facilities, medical office buildings, zoo projects, and museums throughout the Denver metro area. You will contribute to both ground-up construction and tenant improvement work, typically ranging from approximately $100,000 to $25 million in project value. The position is ideal for a graduate or a professional with up to two years of experience who is eager to learn, grow, and take on diverse responsibilities within a collaborative general contracting environment.

Work Environment
You will work primarily on project sites in the Denver metro area, often within professional healthcare environments and other occupied or sensitive facilities such as hospitals, medical offices, zoo exhibits, and museums. The schedule typically runs from either 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with an expected workweek of approximately 40-45 hours. The company operates as a smaller, highly collaborative general contractor where team members are expected to be flexible, step into different roles, and assist with a variety of tasks as project needs evolve. The culture emphasizes honesty, trust, respect, and strong relationships with owners, clients, and trade partners. Team members describe the environment as professional, upfront, and relationship-oriented, with no finger-pointing when challenges arise. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.
