If you have 6 years of nuclear work experience as an instrumentation & controls engineer or a project manager and are ready to drive success, we encourage you to read more about this exciting opportunity.This role is available in the following locations:Palm Beach Gardens, FLKennesaw, GA (Suburb of Atlanta)Chattanooga, TNAthens, AL ( onsite )Naperville, IL (Suburb of Chicago)Spring City, TNSoddy Daisy, TNBirmingham, ALBaton Rouge, LAFort Worth, TXOverland Park, KSTysons Corner, VAOther office locations or remote may be considered for candidates with significant experience.Responsibilities Visionary Leadership & Team Coordination: Spearhead dynamic teams to drive innovative design solutions, ensuring exceptional quality and impactful outcomesEngineering Innovation: Collaborate with technical staff to develop winning, highly technical engineering proposalsStrategic Project Mastery: Orchestrate projects with precision, delivering on time and within budgetFinancial Stewardship & Performance Insight: Navigate project financials with confidence, providing clear insights and ensuring optimal performance at every stepClient Engagement & Relationship Building: Forge lasting partnerships, acting as the trusted liaison to guide projects to success and exceed client goalsBusiness Growth & Opportunity Leadership: Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping compelling proposals, and fueling future successQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering OR PMP Certification and 10 years' applicable experienceI&C Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilitiesMinimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an I&C Engineer or Project ManagerProfessional Engineer Licensure strongly preferredAbility to understand and work with budget and accounting processesExcellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skillsEffective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teamsWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sitesAbility to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeksCompensation Compensation Range: USD $105,400.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.Additional Information ENERCON Services, Inc.
