Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Tampa, FL - In-OfficeYour Responsibilities Responsible for overall customer satisfaction by ensuring the complete scope of work purchased by the customer is accurately communicated, ordered, and delivered in fullEnsure limits of authority are followed throughout the fulfillment processServe as the liaison between the customer, sales team, and equipment factories to troubleshoot and address technical issues and customer questionsEffectively communicate with the customer to determine project timelines, scheduling, and required ship datesResponsible for the accuracy of the project financials from job costing through customer invoicingAssist the sales team with technical expertise in the selection/application of standard and/or modified productsCreate professional, technical submittal documents in accordance with the project drawings, specifications, and scope of work sold for submission to the customerMonitor the submittal approval process to minimize impact to the overall project scheduleProvide prompt, accurate responses to sales inquiries regarding special applications, systems, or pricing (Daikin Applied Tools Quotations).Interface with sales team for technical solutions, including use of Daikin energy analyzer and acoustics software, as requiredPartner with sales leader to measure, analyze, and update progress on department financial goals and recommend improvementsCoordinate with Application Engineering and Technical Response Groups efforts to provide pre- and post-sales supportProcess and execute orders in compliance with the project drawings, specifications, and scope of work soldManage the post-sale process from shipping, start-up requests, and warranty issues through project close outYour Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field5+ years of experience in engineering projects7+ years of directed related HVAC experience (Preferred)Project Engineering LicensePrevious Commercial HVAC experienceExcellent initiative and interpersonal communications skillsStrong organization, problem-solving, and customer service skillsYour Benefits Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance401K retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off and company paid holidaysPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local lawTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceWork visa sponsorship is not available for this position.The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,400 to $151,800 plus annual bonus in Florida.
